Haddock (Italian Baked)

1/8 Cup Butter |
-Drained And Chopped |
1/2 Small Onion, Chopped |
Salt & Pepper |
1/2 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped |
3/4 Pound Haddock Fillets |
1/8 Teaspoon Dried Basil, Crumbled |
1 Cup Grated Mozzarella |
1/2 Can (14 1/2 Ounces) Tomatoes, |

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 inch glass baking dish. Sauce: Melt butter in heavy large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions, bell pepper and basil. Sauté for 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Stir in tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes, or until sauce like. To bake fish: Arrange fish in prepared dish. Pour sauce over. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake for 25 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and top is golden.
