Green Pepper Steak

1 1/2 Lbs Round Steak 1 Tsp Parsley
2 Tsps Vegetable Oil 1 Green Pepper, Cubed
1 Cup Water 1 Onion, Quartered
1 Cube Beef Bouillon 2 Sticks Celery, 1" Cubes
1 Clove Garlic, Minced 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
1/2 Tsp Salt 1 Cup Water
1/2 Tsp Pepper 2 Tbsps Soya Sauce
1 Tomatoes, Cut In Wedges

Brown steak in vegetable oil. Add water, soya sauce and bouillon cubes. Simmer 1 hour.

Add vegetables and garlic except for the green pepper and tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Mix cornstarch and 1/2 cup water; add to meat and cook for a few minutes until thick and clear. Add tomato wedges and green pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes more.

Add mushrooms if desired. Serve on a bed of rice.
