Green Pepper Steak

1 1/2 Lbs Round Steak |
1 Tsp Parsley |
2 Tsps Vegetable Oil |
1 Green Pepper, Cubed |
1 Cup Water |
1 Onion, Quartered |
1 Cube Beef Bouillon |
2 Sticks Celery, 1" Cubes |
1 Clove Garlic, Minced |
1 Tbsp Cornstarch |
1/2 Tsp Salt |
1 Cup Water |
1/2 Tsp Pepper |
2 Tbsps Soya Sauce |
1 Tomatoes, Cut In Wedges |

Brown steak in vegetable oil. Add water, soya sauce and bouillon cubes. Simmer 1 hour. Add vegetables and garlic except for the green pepper and tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes. Mix cornstarch and 1/2 cup water; add to meat and cook for a few minutes until thick and clear. Add tomato wedges and green pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes more. Add mushrooms if desired. Serve on a bed of rice.
