Couscous (Steamed)

1 1/2 Cups Boiling Water |
1 1/4 Cups Quick Cook Couscous |
Pinch Of Salt |
1 Tablespoon Of Chopped Parsley |
1. To cook the quick couscous is as simple as bringing the water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and stir in the couscous. 2. Cook over a low heat for 4 to 5 minutes remove from heat and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Do not attempt to stir or disturb the couscous until the 10 minutes are up. There should be no water left in the pot at this time. 3. Once the 10 minutes have passed, using a fork, gently break up the couscous so as it is light and fluffy. Pour onto a serving platter, sprinkle with chopped parley and serve. Great with chicken.
