Cookies Banana Date

2 Bananas, Mashed 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Cup Dates, Chopped 1/2 Tsp Salt
1/3 Cup Oil 1 Tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Quick Cooking Oats

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together bananas, dates and oil. Add oats, chopped nuts, salt and vanilla; mix lightly. Let stand for a few minutes. Drop with a generous tablespoon full onto ungreased cookie sheet and gently press down. Bake 15 to 18 minutes (top rack) or until done. Makes about 24 cookies.
