Baked Beans

Once beans have soaked overnight simmer for 20 minutes then drain off water.

1 1/2 Pounds Dry Navy Beans (3 1 Additional Cup Of Water
-Cups) 2 Teaspoons Dry Mustard
9 Cups Water 2 Tablespoons Dark Molasses
1 Medium Onion, Chopped 1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Ketchup 1/4 Pound Ham, Diced Small
1 Cup Brown Sugar

Soak beans in water overnight. Once beans have soaked overnight simmer for 20 minutes then drain off water. Place beans in roasting pan or casserole dish. Add water (9 cups) and all remaining ingredients mixing well. Cover & bake at 300F degree for 5 to 7 hours or until beans are softened and medium brown. Stir occasionally. Add more water if required.
