Cookies And Chocolate Chips #1 (Oatmeal)

Yield: 24 Servings

1 Cup Rolled Oats 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Flour 1 Egg
1/4 Tsp Salt 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda 3/4 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Butter Softened

1. Combine dry ingredients.
2. Beat butter with brown sugar, egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet and pat down with fork. Bake in 325 or 350 degree oven 8 to 10 minutes. Let cookies cool a few minutes before transferring to rack.
