Cookies (Oatmeal)

Yield: 48 Servings

1 Cup Butter Or Margarine 1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Cup Sugar Or 3/4 Cup 1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Brown Sugar Or 3/4 Cup 2 Eggs
2 Cups Quick Cooking Oats 1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda 2 Cups Flour

Preheat oven at 325

Put in large bowl butter, sugar (white and brown), oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix until blended. Add to mixture eggs, vanilla and flour. Mix until blended.

Drop by rounded spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet and pat down with fork. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring to rack.
