Cookies (Oatmeal With Apricots & Raisins)

1 2/3 Cups Oats, Old Mill 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar, Lightly Packed
1 Cup Flour 1/4 Cup Corn Syrup
1 Tsp Baking Powder 1/4 Cup Skim Milk
1 Tsp Cinnamon 1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda 1 Cup Raisins
2 Eggs, Whites Only 1 Cup Apricots, Chopped, Dried

Combine in large bowl oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda. Whisk in small bowl egg whites, brown sugar, corn syrup, milk and vanilla together to blend well. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients, stirring until all ingredients are moistened. Stir in raisins and apricots. Dough will be thick. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 375 f 12-15 minutes, or until set and golden. Cool 5 minutes on baking sheet, then remove to wire rack to cool.
