Coconut Pineapple Squares (Phyllis Recipe)

1 Cup Flour 1 Can 19 Ounce Crushed Pineapple
3 Tablespoons Sugar 2 Cups Coconut (Angel Flake)
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter 1 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
1 Egg 2 Eggs, Well Beaten

Set oven at 450 degree



Bottom:

Mix 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 3 tabs sugar, 2 tabs melted butter and 1 egg. Mix well. Put in bottom of 9 x 9 pan and press down. Drain crushed pineapple. Spread drained pineapple over mixture.

Top:

Beat 2 eggs. Add 1 cup sugar, 2 cups coconut and 1 tab of melted butter and mix well. Spread mixture over pineapple.


Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
