Coconut Pineapple Squares (Phyllis Recipe)

1 Cup Flour |
1 Can 19 Ounce Crushed Pineapple |
3 Tablespoons Sugar |
2 Cups Coconut (Angel Flake) |
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter |
1 Cup Sugar |
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder |
1 Tablespoon Melted Butter |
1 Egg |
2 Eggs, Well Beaten |
Set oven at 450 degree Bottom: Mix 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 3 tabs sugar, 2 tabs melted butter and 1 egg. Mix well. Put in bottom of 9 x 9 pan and press down. Drain crushed pineapple. Spread drained pineapple over mixture. Top: Beat 2 eggs. Add 1 cup sugar, 2 cups coconut and 1 tab of melted butter and mix well. Spread mixture over pineapple. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
