Chocolate Mousse

Yield: 8 Servings
1/2 Cup Butter |
1/2 Cup Milk |
1 Cup Cocoa |
1 Cup Whipping Cream |
500 Grams Cream Cheese, Softened |
1 1/2 Cup Icing Sugar |
Melt butter, add cocoa and cool. Beat cream cheese until light. Beat in milk and icing sugar. Stir in cocoa mixture. Beat whipping cream until it holds its shape. Fold into mixture. Makes 8 - 1/2 cup servings. Serve with whipping cream.
