Chili (Turkey)

You can use beef if you prefer.
1 Pound Lean ground Turkey Or Beef |
-Flakes (optional) |
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (optional) |
Dash Of Cayenne Pepper (optional) |
1 Large Onion, Chopped |
1 Tsp Each Paprika And Cumin, Add |
1 Or 2 Cloves Of Garlic, Minced |
-More If You Like It Spicy |
1/2 Cup Chopped Celery |
1 Can Red Kidney Beans 19 Ounce, |
1 Can Tomatoes (28 Oz) |
-Drained And Rinsed |
1 Can Tomatoes Paste (5 1/2 Oz) |
1 Can Baked Beans (14 Ounce) |
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce |
Salt & Pepper To Taste |
1 Or 2 Tablespoon Chili Powder |
1 Can Of Broth (optional) |
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Red Pepper |

In a large non-stick skillet combine turkey, onion, celery, and garlic with olive oil (if using). Cook over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring and separating turkey as it cooks. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, paprika, red pepper flakes, dash of cayenne pepper, and cumin. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally to break up tomatoes. Add kidney beans, cook 5 minutes longer to heat through. This make about 4 meals for two people served with a nice salad and a whole-wheat dinner roll. Enjoy. It also freezes well.
