Chickpea Salad

Yield: 5 Servings
1 Can Chick Peas |

1 Can Red Kidney Beans |
DRESSING |
1 Can White Corn |
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar |
1 Whole Green Onion |
2 Tablespoons Water |
1 Clove Garlic |
1 Tablespoon Oil |
1 Tsp Dill Weed |
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup |
Mix together chick peas, red kidney beans, white corn, onion, garlic and dill. Dressing; in a small bowl mix together vinegar, water, oil and maple syrup. Drizzle over salad and toss. Refrigerate and serve.
