Chicken Sweet & Sour

Yield: 4 Servings

4 Chicken Breast 1/2 Cup Crushed Pineapple With
1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce -Juice
1/2 Onion, Finely Chopped 1 Clove Garlic, Mashed
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar Chopped Fresh Parsley
2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar

Place chicken in casserole. In small bowl, combine tomato sauce, onion, sugar, vinegar, pineapple with juice & garlic and combine. Spoon over chicken. Bake in oven at 350 degree F for 45 minutes. Serve with rice and vegetables.
