Chicken Sweet & Sour

Yield: 4 Servings
4 Chicken Breast |
1/2 Cup Crushed Pineapple With |
1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce |
-Juice |
1/2 Onion, Finely Chopped |
1 Clove Garlic, Mashed |
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar |
Chopped Fresh Parsley |
2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar |

Place chicken in casserole. In small bowl, combine tomato sauce, onion, sugar, vinegar, pineapple with juice & garlic and combine. Spoon over chicken. Bake in oven at 350 degree F for 45 minutes. Serve with rice and vegetables.
