Avocado Dip With Tomato

1 Avocado -Parsley, Leaves
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice 1 Small Jalapeno Chili Pepper
1 Medium Tomato, Quartered -(optional), Seeded & Chopped
1/4 Cup Onions, Chopped 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Garlic, Minced Salt And Pepper (to Taste)
1- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro Or

Cut avocado in half lengthwise around the seed. Scoop the flesh into a bowl, add lime juice, tomato, garlic Cilantro, chili pepper, and cumin. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place mixture in food processor or blender, and pulse to the desired consistency. Makes about 1 cup.
