Chicken (lemon) For The BBQ
From Linda's Kitchen

2 To 4 Chicken Breast, Halved, 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
-Boneless Pinch Of Cayenne
Juice Of One Lemon 1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano

Combine all the ingredients in a glass dish or heavy -duty resealable bag. Marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes or in the fridge for up to 6 hours. Preheat BBQ on high. Place chicken on the grill, reduce heat to medium, cook for 12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
