I used cooked left over basmati rice with a little water and for the dressing i used Kraft creamy poppy seed dressing. Yummy.
Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Combine rice and water; let stand 5 minutes while chopping vegetables. Spoon rice mixture evenly onto centre, Or leftover cooked rice with a little water, of each 4 large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Top each with 1 chicken breast; sprinkle with chili powder.
