Chicken (Foil Packet Southwestern)

I used cooked left over basmati rice with a little water and for the dressing i used Kraft creamy poppy seed dressing. Yummy.

1 1/2 Cups Minute Rice, Uncooked -Rancher's Choice Dressing Or Other
1 1/2 Cups Warm Water 1/2 Cup Kraft Double Cheddar,
4 Small Boneless Skinless Chicken -Shredded Or Other Cheese
-Breasts 4 Cups Small Broccoli Floret's
1 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder 1 Medium Red Pepper, Chopped
1/4 Cup Kraft Calorie-Wise,

Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Combine rice and water; let stand 5 minutes while chopping vegetables. Spoon rice mixture evenly onto centre, Or leftover cooked rice with a little water, of each 4 large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Top each with 1 chicken breast; sprinkle with chili powder. Drizzle evenly with dressing; top with cheese and vegetables. Make packets. Place packets in single layer on a 15x10x1 inch baking pan.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (170 degree). Place 1 packet on each of 4 dinner plates. Cut slits in foil with sharp knife to release steam before opening.
