Cheese Dip (Gerry's Recipe)

| 1lb Cheese (old) Yellow, Grated |
1 Onion, Finely Chopped |
| 1/2 Cup Parsley, (fresh) Chopped |
1 Cup Chili Sauce |
| 1/2 Cup Pecans Or Walnuts, Chopped |
1/4 Tsp Tabasco Sauce, (add More |
| 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce |
-If You Want) |
| 2 Tablespoon Mayonnaise |
8 Ounce Cream Cheese |
| 1/2 Green Pepper, Finely Chopped |

Mix it all up. It freezes very well. I usually make this at Christmas time and serve with crackers. Yummy.
