1 Can Tomato Soup |
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs |
2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar |
1/2 Cup Cooked Rice |
Oregano, Parsley To Taste |
1 Tablespoon Garlic (jar) Or |
1 Tablespoon Garlic, Chopped |
-Fresh, Chopped |
1 Head Cabbage (small) |
Salt And Pepper To Taste |
1 Cup Water |
1 Can Whole Or Diced Tomatoes (28 |

Cut up cabbage and set aside. Prepare meat: Mix meat with beaten eggs, onion, bread crumbs, rice, garlic, salt and pepper and form small balls or patties. Put half of cut-up cabbage in bottom of pan then add meatballs or patties, tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, tomato soup, brown sugar, oregano, parsley and garlic. Add remaining cabbage and the 1 cup of water. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour approx. (add more water if required).
