Butter Tarts

1 Egg, Beaten |
2 Tablespoons Milk Or Cream |
1/3 Cup Butter, Melted |
1 Teaspoon Vanilla |
1 Cup Brown Sugar |
Half Pecans For Toping |
1 Teaspoon Vinegar |
Prepared Tart Shells |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Fill tins to top. Bake in oven (top rack) at 375 for 10 minutes then 350 for 10 to 15 minutes approx. If using tart tins double recipe to make approx. 30 tarts. If using muffin tins triple recipe to make approx 36 tarts.
