Broccoli Soup
From Linda's Kitchen

1 Head Broccoli, Chopped 2 Tablespoons Flour
2 Celery Stalks, Chopped 2 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Potato (optional), Chopped Black Pepper (to Taste)
2 Cloves Of Garlic, Minced Fresh Parsley ( To Taste)
1 Onion, Chopped 1 Bay Leaf
2 To 3 Tablespoons Water

Simmer broccoli, celery, onion, potato, garlic in 2 to 3 tabs water for 10 minutes. Add flour and mix well. Add chicken broth, black pepper, parsley, bay leaf and simmer until soft. Remove bay leaf and puree until smooth. Add more stock if consistency is too thick (optional).

Serve with grated cheese.........
