Zucchini-Tomato Casserole

3 Medium Zucchini Sliced 1/8 |
1 Large Onion, Sliced 1/8 Inch |

1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder |
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Grated |
4 Medium Tomatoes, Sliced 1/4 Inch |

Preheat oven 400 F Sauté zucchini in butter with a light sprinkling of garlic powder. Layer zucchini, tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms in a lightly greased, 2- quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake 15 minutes.
