Zucchini-Tomato Casserole

Yield: 6 Servings

1/4 Cup Butter -Thick
3 Medium Zucchini Sliced 1/8 1 Large Onion, Sliced 1/8 Inch
-Inch-Thick -Thick
1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
4 Medium Tomatoes, Sliced 1/4 Inch

Preheat oven 400 F

Sauté zucchini in butter with a light sprinkling of garlic powder. Layer zucchini, tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms in a lightly greased, 2- quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake 15 minutes.
