Vinaigrette (Tomato)

2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley,
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice, Freshly -Chopped Fine
-Squeezed

Combine all ingredients in a tight-fitting covered jar, and shake well. Makes 1 cup
