Vinaigrette (Strawberry)

Yield: 8 Servings

1/2 Cup Olive Oil 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar Or
1/2 Cup Sliced Strawberries -Balsamic Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Mustard Salt & Pepper To Taste

Puree strawberries in a blender. Add vinegar, mustard and seasonings. Blend then add olive oil. Blend until creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings.
