Vinaigrette (Strawberry)

Yield: 8 Servings
1/2 Cup Olive Oil |
2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar Or |
1/2 Cup Sliced Strawberries |
-Balsamic Vinegar |
1 Teaspoon Mustard |
Salt & Pepper To Taste |
Puree strawberries in a blender. Add vinegar, mustard and seasonings. Blend then add olive oil. Blend until creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings.
