Turkey Meatballs (Easy)

Kids love this dish.
2 Pounds Ground Turkey |
1/2 Cup Sugar |
2 Eggs Beaten |
2 Cups Water |
1/2 Teaspoon Salt & Pepper |
2 1/2 Cups Tomato Juice |
1/2 Cup Water |
3 Celery Stalks, Diced |
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs |
1 Small Onion, Diced |
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice |
1 Can Tomato Paste |
In a large bowl, combine turkey, eggs, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup water and bread crumbs. Mix well with hands, roll meat mixture into small meatballs. Set aside. In a large saucepan over medium-hight heat, combine lemon juice, sugar, 2 cups of water, tomato juice, celery and onion; cook covered for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to simmer. Add meatballs and tomato paste; cook, uncovered for 2 hours. Serve with rice.
