Turkey Meatballs (Easy)

Kids love this dish.

2 Pounds Ground Turkey 1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs Beaten 2 Cups Water
1/2 Teaspoon Salt & Pepper 2 1/2 Cups Tomato Juice
1/2 Cup Water 3 Celery Stalks, Diced
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs 1 Small Onion, Diced
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice 1 Can Tomato Paste

In a large bowl, combine turkey, eggs, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup water and bread crumbs. Mix well with hands, roll meat mixture into small meatballs. Set aside.

In a large saucepan over medium-hight heat, combine lemon juice, sugar, 2 cups of water, tomato juice, celery and onion; cook covered for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to simmer. Add meatballs and tomato paste; cook, uncovered for 2 hours. Serve with rice.
