Turkey Burgers (BBQ)

Yield: 6 Servings

If using ground beef add 1 to 2 eggs.

1 1/2 Pounds Fresh Ground Turkey 1/2 Cup Dried Bread Crumbs
-(750 G) 1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions Ground Black Pepper To Taste
1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties. Place on oiled grill. Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in the centre, basting with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
