Turkey Bow Tie Skillet (Beef)

You can substitute the turkey for beef.

1 Pound Ground Turkey Or Beef -Vinegar
1 1/2 Tsp Vegetable Oil 3/4 Tsp Sugar (omit If Using
1/4 Cup Chopped Celery -Balsamic Vinegar)
1/4 Cup Each Red Pepper & Green 1/ 2 Tsp Each Chili Powder,
-Pepper -Oregano And Cumin
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions 1/2 Tsp Garlic Salt (optional)
1 Garlic Clove, Minced 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan
1/2 Can Tomato Paste -Cheese
1 Box Chicken Broth 1 Tablespoon Minced Fresh Parsley
1 Can (14 1/2 Ounces) Stewed -Or 1 Tsp Dried
-Tomatoes 2 Cups Uncooked Bow Tie Pasta
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Or Regular

In a large skillet, brown turkey in oil. Add celery, onion, green pepper and garlic; cook until vegetables are tender. Meanwhile cook pasta until a la den te. Add broth to turkey mixture and bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in pasta, tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, chili powder, oregano, cumin, garlic salt if desired. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Before serving sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
