Trifle Fresh Fruit

Yield: 10 Servings
1 Angel Food Cake |
-(sugar-Free), Or Regular |
1 1/4 Cup 2% Low-Fat Milk |
4 Cups Assorted Sliced Fresh Fruit |
1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt, Low-Fat |
Strawberries, Pineapple, |
1 Tsp Orange Peel, Grated |
-cantelope, Kiwi |
9 Oz Pkg Vanilla Instant Pudding |

Tear angel food cake into bite- sized pieces. In medium bowl, combine milk, yogurt and orange peel; blend well. Add pudding mix; beat until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes. In large serving bowl, layer half of the cake pieces, 1/3 of the fruit and half of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers. Arrange the remaining fruit on top. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 6 hours.
