Serve as a side dish

4 Sun-Ripe Freshly Picked Tomatoes -Leaves
Coarse Salt A Few Splashes Of Olive Oil
Freshly Ground Pepper A Few Splashes Of Balsamic Vinegar
A Big Handful Of Fresh Basil

Slice tomatoes and arrange on a festive serving platter. Season well then sprinkle on the basil before drenching the works with the oil and vinegar.
