Tilapia Pan-Fried

Yield: 2 Servings

I add Romano or Parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs.

2 Tilapia About 4 Oz. Each 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil Or Coconut
1/4 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs With, -Oil
-Romano Or Parmesan Cheese Salt, Pepper, Or Seasonings To
-(optional) -Taste

Cut tilapia into 3 inch pieces/strips. Season if desired and coat with bread crumbs. Cook fish in hot oil 6-8 minutes in a 12 inch skillet, turning once, until golden and easily flaked with a fork.

Serve with veggies and couscous.
