Tacos (Turkey Or Beef)

1 1/2 Lbs Ground turkey Or Beef 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped 1 Teaspoon EACh Salt And Paprika
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil, Or 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic (or 2 Cloves
-Vegetable Oil -Of Garlic Minced)
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano Taco Shells (hard Or Soft)

Sauté turkey, onion and garlic buds (if using) in oil. Add oregano, chili powder, salt, paprika and garlic powder (if using). Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally until moisture has evaporated. Heat taco shells in 350 oven for 5 minutes. Spoon turkey mixture into taco shells and top as desired with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, salsa and sour cream. I did not have tomatoes and found it great just with the salsa.
This makes about 12 tacos or more. If making for 2 people leftover meat freezes well.
