Sweet Meat Balls

This recipe is usually made at Christmas time. You can use 1 pound of beef and 1 pound of pork mixture.

2 Pounds Ground Meat ( Beef Or 1/2 Cup Bread crumbs
-Pork), Use Very Lean Meat 1 Jar Of Chili Sauce
1 Egg (beaten) 1/2 Jar Of Grape Jelly
1 Onion (large), Finely Chopped Juice Of A Lemon, Or 3 Tablespoons
Salt -Of Concentrated Lemon

Mix ground meat, egg, onion, salt, bread crumbs together, and form small meat balls. Fry in non-stick pan until meat is no longer pink. Transfer meat balls in an oven proof dish and add chili sauce, grape jelly and lemon juice. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
