Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette

2 Tablespoons Sun-Dried Tomatoes, 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
-Finely Chopped 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar Or Salt And Pepper To Taste
-Red Vinegar 1/3 Cup Olive Oil


In small bowl, whisk together tomatoes, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper; gradually whisk in oil. Makes about 1/2 cup.

Put in fridge.
