Spaghetti With Feta And Cherry Tomatoes

Yield: 4 Servings
Good also with cooked cubed pieces of chicken.
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced |
Basil To Taste |
1/2 Pint Cherry Tomatoes, Halved |
Salt & Pepper |
Black Olives To Taste |
Olive Oil |
Feta Cheese To Taste |
Dash of Nutmeg |
Spaghetti Noodles |

Cook spaghetti noodles first. In a pan heat the oil and gently fry the tomatoes and garlic for a minute or two or less. Toss in the spaghetti, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir in the crumbled feta and basil Check the seasoning, remembering that the feta can be quite salty, and serve hot topped with olives.
