Shrimp Primavera (Quick & Easy)

Yield: 4 Servings
If you prefer, use 1 lbs. Of boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks, instead of shrimp.
2 Cups Cups Rotini Pasta, Uncooked |
1 Cup Match stick Pieces Of Carrots |
1/2 Cup Kraft Zesty Italian |
1 Cup Fresh Sugar Snap Peas |
-Dressing |
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced |
1 Lbs Medium Shrimp, Cleaned |
2 Tablespoons Parmesan |
1 Large Red Pepper, Chopped |
1 Teaspoon Grated Lemon Peel |
Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp, vegetables and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimps are pink and vegetables are crisp-tender. Drain pasta; toss with shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and lemon peel.
