Rhubarb Cake

Yield: 12 Servings
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar |
2 1/2 Cups Flour |
2/3 Cup Oil Or 2/3 Cup Of Apple |
1 1/2 Cups Rhubarb, Fresh And Diced |
-Sauce |
1/2 Cup Walnuts Or Pecans, Chopped |
1 Egg |
-(optional) |
1 Cup Milk, Sour, 1 Tbsp |
TOPPING |
-Vinegar/1Tsp Ea Salt And Soda |
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar |
1 Teaspoon Vanilla |
1 Tablespoon Butter |
Preheat oven to 350 degree F Mix bread ingredients in the order given. Pour into one 9 x 5 greased loaf pan or bunt pan. TOPPING: Mix butter and sugar together to form topping and sprinkle over top of the batter. Bake for about 1 hour (do not over bake)
