Rhubarb Cake

Yield: 12 Servings

1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar 2 1/2 Cups Flour
2/3 Cup Oil Or 2/3 Cup Of Apple 1 1/2 Cups Rhubarb, Fresh And Diced
-Sauce 1/2 Cup Walnuts Or Pecans, Chopped
1 Egg -(optional)
1 Cup Milk, Sour, 1 Tbsp TOPPING
-Vinegar/1Tsp Ea Salt And Soda 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla 1 Tablespoon Butter


Preheat oven to 350 degree F

Mix bread ingredients in the order given. Pour into one 9 x 5 greased loaf pan or bunt pan.

TOPPING:
Mix butter and sugar together to form topping and sprinkle over top of the batter.

Bake for about 1 hour (do not over bake)
