Quiche

Yield: 4 Servings

To save time buy a 9" frozen deep pie shell (tender flake) but make sure you put it in a 10" pie plate otherwise the filling will run over when baking. Variation to quiche: Broccoli or asparagus can be added.

4 Slices Bacon 1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Onions, Chopped 3 Eggs, Beaten
1 1/2 Cups Swiss Cheese Or 1 1/3 Cups Carnation Evaporated 1%
-Jarlsberg Cheese, Grated -Or 2% Milk
1 Tablespoon Flour 1 Uncooked Deep Pie Shell

Fry bacon to a crisp and chop in small pieces. Mix all other ingredients together. Add bacon to mixture and pour in pie shell.

Bake 10 minutes at 400 degree and another 25 minutes at 375.

Serve with a salad. Yummy.
