Pork Ribs With Sticky Sauce

3lbs Pork, Back Spareribs |
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced |
1 Cup Apricot Jam |
1 Tsp Ginger, Fresh Minced |
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce |
1/2 Tsp Each Salt And Pepper |
2 Tbsps Packed Brown Sugar |
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper, Optional |
2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar Or |
1 Can 8 oz Pineapple Tidbits, |

Cut between bones to separate into ribs and trim excess fat; arrange in single layer in greased 13 X 9 inch baking dish. Combine apricot jam, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, cayenne and pineapple. Pour over ribs, turning to coat. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1-1/2 hours or until ribs are glazed and tender, basting every 15 minutes without turning. Skim fat from sauce; serve with rice.
