Beef And Broccoli Stir-Fry

This dish serves two people.

2 Clove Garlic, Minced -Strips
2 Cup Broccoli, Pieces 2 Tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
1 Cup Onion, Sliced 2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil 1/2 Cup Beef Broth
6 Ounce Beef, Uncooked, Cut In

In a nonstick skillet, sauté garlic and vegetables in olive oil. Add beef and continue sauté. Add remaining ingredients; cook, covered, for 15 minutes or until done. Serve with brown or basmati rice. Can also use chicken instead of beef.
