Pork Barbecued Spareribs

Yield: 5 Servings
3 Lbs Pork, Back Spareribs |
1 Bay Leaf |
1 Cup Tomato Juice, 19-Oz |
1 Onion |
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar |
1/2 Cup Vinegar |
1/2 Cup Ketchup |
Salt & Pepper, To Taste |
5 Clove Garlic |

Cook spareribs until brown in fry pan or oven. Mix tomato juice, sugar, ketchup, cloves, bay leaf, onion, vinegar, salt and pepper together and pour over ribs. Bake until done.
