Muffins Banana Date

Yield: 12 Servings

3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour -Bananas (3 Medium)
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 Cup All-Bran* Original Cereal
1/2 Cup Sugar 1/3 Cup Skim Milk
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Salt 1 Egg
1 1/4 Cup Mashed Fully Ripe 1/2 Cup Chopped Pitted Dates

Combine all - purpose and whole wheat flours, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Set aside

In large bowl. combine bananas, cereal, milk and vanilla. Let stand 5 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add oil, egg and dates; beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Portion batter evenly into lightly greased muffin pan cups.

Bake at 375 degree 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
