Muffins (Pineapple Almond)

2 Cups Flour |
4 Eggs |
1 Tbsp Baking Powder |
3/4 Cup Sugar |
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda |
1 Cup Oil |
1/2 Tsp Salt |
1 Cup Pineapple, Crushed |
1/2 Cup Almonds, Slivered |

COMBINE: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nuts in large mixing bowl. BEAT eggs in small bowl. Add sugar, oil and pineapple; beat well. ADD liquid ingredients all at once to dry ingredients. Stir just until all ingredients are moistened. FILL well-greased muffin cups 3/4 full. BAKE at 375 F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and top springs back when lightly touched. MAKES about 16 muffins.
