Muffins (Cranberry)

1/2 Cup Butter |
1/4 Tsp Allspice, Or Nutmeg |
1/2 Cup White Sugar |
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon |
1/2 Tsp Salt |
1/4 Cup Pecans |
2 Ea Eggs |
1/4 Cup Raisins |
1 Tsp Vanilla |
2 Apples, Cored & Grated With |
2 Cups Flour |
-Skins On |
1 Tsp Baking Powder |
1 Cup Cranberries, Fresh Or Frozen |
1 Tsp Baking Soda |

Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl cream butter, sugar and salt together. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until frothy. Add flour, soda, baking powder, allspice, cinnamon and beat well. Stir in nuts, raisins and grated apple, then stir in cranberries. Mix well. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake 15-20 minutes.
