Meat loaf With Glaze (beef)
From Linda's Kitchen

I would make 1/2 of the glaze. I found the glaze made too much sauce..

1 Cup Oatmeal 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Cup Milk 8 Ounce Cheddar (optional), Diced
2 Lbs Ground Beef Glaze:
1 Onion, Grated 1/4 Cup Ketchup
2 Eggs 1/8 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Oregano, Or More 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Hot Sauce, (optional)

Preheat oven to 375.

Soak milk and oatmeal for a few minutes until milk is absorbed. Then add to other ingredients. Mix together without over working. Add to loaf pan or make individual meatballs and cook on cookie tray. Prepare glaze and pour over meat.

Bake for approx 45 to 60 minutes.

For the guys you could form the meat loaf around a whole pepperoni stick put in loaf pan pour the sauce and proceed to cook.

Make mash potatoes and serve on top of sliced or meat loaf balls.

Good left over. If kids don't like the chunks of cheese just omit.
