Marinade For Chicken

1/ 4 Cup Soy Sauce 1 1/2 Tablespoons Vinegar
1/4 Cup Oil 4 To 5 Clove Garlic
3 Tablespoons Ketchup 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

In a large self-closing plastic bag, combine all ingredients; mix well. Place chicken in bag and seal tightly. Turn bag gently to distribute marinade.

Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for stronger flavor. Turn bag occasionally.

Lightly grease grill rack. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade. Reserve marinade (bring marinade to a boil to kill any bacteria before using for basting). Grill chicken and brush with reserved marinade. Cook until chicken is no longer pink inside. Discard leftover marinade.
