Marinade (Teriyaki) For Salmon

1/2 Cup Soy Sauce |
2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped |
1/2 Cup Water |
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce |
1 Tablespoon Vinegar (malt) |
Salmon Fillet |
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar |

Marinade at least 4 hours. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or grill. If using marinade to baste bring to a boil first to kill any bacteria. Discard leftover marinade.
