Marinade (T-Bone Steaks)

Yield: 2 Servings

1/4 Cup Water -Seasoning
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder Or
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar -Fresh Garlic
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice 1/4 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar 1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil Or 2 Beef T-Bone Steaks (1 Inch
-Vegetable Oil -Thick), And 3/4 Pound Each
1/2 Tablespoon Montreal Steak

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 10 ingredients. Add steaks; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate over night.

Drain and discard marinade. Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat for 8 to 12 minutes on each side depending on thickness or until meat reaches desired doneness.
