Marinade (Honey-Ginger) For Pork Tenderloin

Yield: 4 Servings

2 Tablespoon + 2 Tsps Soy Sauce 1 1/3 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoon + 2 Teaspoon Apple 1 Pork Tenderloin (1 Pound)
-Juice 1/4 Cup Honey
3 Cloves Garlic, Chopped 1 1/2 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
2 Teaspoon Minced Ginger root 1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Combine soy sauce, apple juice, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a large, re sealable plastic bag. Add pork, press air out of bag and seal. Shake gently to coat thoroughly and marinate 1 hour or overnight in refrigerator.

Remove pork from bag; discard marinade

Preheat oven to 400 degree F.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, vinegar and salt. Brush pork with mixture and baste while cooking

. Place on a rack in a roasting pan and bake 35 minutes or until thermometer reads 170 degree F. OR BBQ on medium for about 35 to 40 minutes or until it is no longer pink inside. (can be put on foil on grill, if it is browning too fast).

Let pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
