Macaroni & Cheese

Yield: 4 Servings

2 Cups Uncooked Macaroni 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan
2 Tablespoons Flour -Cheese
2 Tablespoons Butter Or Margarine 1 Chopped Green Onion
1 Cup Hot Milk 3 Tablespoons Of Salsa
1cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Cook macaroni until just tender. Drain and set aside. Melt butter in a small saucepan and stir in flour until blended. Add hot milk and stir until sauce thickens and comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add 1/2 cup of the cheddar. Stir mixture 2 - 3 minutes until smooth. Spray a medium-sized casserole dish with cooking spray and pour the cooked macaroni in. Then pour the cheese sauce over the cooked macaroni and top with the remaining cheddar, Parmesan cheese and green onions. Add salsa. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes or until the macaroni is bubbling and golden in colour.
