Light Salad Dressing

Yield: 1 Servings
1/2 Cup Salad Oil |
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika |
1/3 Cup White Wine Vinegar, Or |
1/4 Teaspoon Dry Mustard, Or Dijon |
-Regular Vinegar |
-Mustard (optional) |
1 Tablespoon Sugar |
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper |
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Thyme, Or |
1 Garlic Bud Diced |
-Oregano Or Basil Crushed |

In a screw-top jar mix oil, vinegar, sugar, desired herb, paprika, mustard, garlic, and pepper. Cover; shake well. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake before serving. Makes 3/3 cup.
