Light Salad Dressing

Yield: 1 Servings

1/2 Cup Salad Oil 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
1/3 Cup White Wine Vinegar, Or 1/4 Teaspoon Dry Mustard, Or Dijon
-Regular Vinegar -Mustard (optional)
1 Tablespoon Sugar 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Thyme, Or 1 Garlic Bud Diced
-Oregano Or Basil Crushed

In a screw-top jar mix oil, vinegar, sugar, desired herb, paprika, mustard, garlic, and pepper. Cover; shake well. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake before serving. Makes 3/3 cup.
