Lemon Cheese ( Nan's Recipe)
From Linda's Kitchen

6 Eggs, Beat And Strain 1/4 Butter, Melted
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice Cooked Tart Shells
1 1/2 Cups Sugar

Beat eggs and strain add all other ingredients. Cook over double boiler pan stirring continually for 15 minutes until thick. Store in fridge until ready to use.
